At Avenue Animal Hospital, we understand that your pet is a cherished member of your family. Whether you’re a new pet owner, new to the area, or new to us, we are committed to providing the best veterinary care for your furry friend.
Our Approach to Care
Our commitment extends beyond treating illnesses and providing medical care. We believe in ensuring that both you and your pet have a positive experience. Communication is key, and we make it a priority to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and potential outcomes thoroughly. We recognize that your pet is not just an animal but a cherished family member, and our recommendations are tailored to be both suitable for your pet and reasonable for your family.
Operating Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8 am to 7 pm
- Wednesday and Friday: 8 am to 6 pm
- Saturday: 8 am to 1 pm
- Sunday: Closed
Surgical admission: 7:45 am to 8 am on the day of your pet’s surgical procedure. Please note that timing may vary based on patient needs.
Appointments and Surgeries
We operate on an appointment-only basis. However, for emergencies during business hours, we offer Urgent Care and Emergency Appointments with respective fees. If your pet requires immediate attention, we will do our best to accommodate or may refer you to a local emergency clinic.
Appointment Confirmation Policy
Upon scheduling an appointment, you will receive an email, text, or app reminder. Please confirm or cancel within 24 hours to retain your scheduled spot. Failure to confirm may result in rescheduling.
No Show Policy
A non-refundable Exam Fee will be applied if you miss a confirmed appointment. Surgical appointments not attended will incur a $150.00 nonrefundable fee.
On-Line Pharmacy
For your convenience, we offer an in-house pharmacy and collaborate with a trusted online pharmacy. Visit Avenue Animal Online Pharmacy for autoshipments and timely delivery.
