Received Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University in 2022. Clinical rotations were completed at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Special interest in animal behavior. Fear-free certified and committed to continuing education regarding the latest advancements in animal behavior. I enjoy meeting new people every day, and helping them and their pets live their healthiest, happiest lives together. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with such great staff members who go above and beyond for their patients.
Before vet school I was a nursing assistant, and a vet tech for several years before deciding to pursue my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. During my time in vet school, I had the opportunity to volunteer doing sea turtle conservation work in Grenada, specifically with Leatherback turtles!
I was born and raised in the Southwest Chicago suburbs, wanting to be a pediatrician! I always wanted to help the helpless, and I’m very grateful I got to combine that passion with my love for animals as a veterinarian. I currently live near Tinley Park with my husband, stepdaughter, 2 chihuahuas, 2 ferrets and a leopard gecko. I enjoy all things outdoors in my free time such as hiking, camping, and swimming.
